for citizens of the Russian Federation (not registered at their main place of residence in the border zone) an individual pass is issued within 15 working days, subject to the submission of a complete package of documents;

for citizens of other countries, as well as for persons without citizenship, an individual pass is issued within 30 working days, subject to the submission of a complete package of documents.

By order of the FEDERAL SECURITY SERVICE of the RUSSIAN FEDERATION dated 3 February 2020 No 36 “On the limits of the border zone on the Trans-Baikal Territory”, a border zone was established along the border of the Transbaikalian urban settlement, points and hours were determined for the entry (passage) of people and vehicles into the border zone (warning signs about entering the border zone were established), supervision is carried out by the Border Directorate of the Federal Security Service of Russia for the Trans-Baikal Territory.

Also, a border zone has been established along the border of the Transbaikalian urban settlement, the “The border regimen regulations”, approved by Order of the Federal Security Service of Russia No. 454 dated 07 August 2017 are in force.

IN THIS CONNECTION, ENTRY INTO THE BORDER ZONE IS ALLOWED ONLY WITH INDIVIDUAL PASSES
