The main challenges of the interaction organized between the Russian Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance and "GTZ" through the establishment of a permanent Service Post on the territory of the GTZ, equipped with modern means of instrumental control and analysis

improving the convenience of working conditions for exporters and facilitation of their satisfaction, as well as supporting the export of bulk grain cargoes/products to China, also in line with the implementation of agreements between the leaders of Russia and China to expand bilateral turnover of agricultural products;

increasing the effectiveness of control and supervision (confirmation of the main parameters by sampling when loading into a foreign vehicle) directly on the territory of "GTZ";

increasing the efficiency and speed of cargo and documentation processing during the implementation of state phytosanitary control procedures (in accordance with the Federal Law N 99-FZ "On Plant Quarantine"), compliance with the procedure for issuing of phytosanitary certificates (FSS) by the local body of the Russian Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance, issued for each lot of quarantineable products exported from the territory of the Russian Federation/EAEU, on registered high-security forms with high protection level.

On the territory of "GTZ" there is a permanent Post of the Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance of the Office of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision in the Trans-Baikal Territory (Rosselkhoznadzor).
